Escape rooms for teenagers in Paris, from age 12

Sets worthy of a film, live actors and puzzles woven into the story: Le Donjon welcomes teenagers from age 12, with an accompanying adult depending on age and room. Here is which adventure to choose for your teenagers.

Which rooms at which age

The age of the youngest player determines the rooms you can book. Adventure rooms: The Last Templars, The Alchemist, Witches! and The New World. Thrill rooms: The Immortal and The Cursed Lovers. Horror rooms: The Crypt and The Asylum.

Our favourites for teenagers

Witches! and The New World are our longest adventures (75 minutes), with spectacular sets and a lot of fun. For a first escape room, The Last Templars and The Alchemist offer accessible puzzles with no horror. And every October, Le Donjon Maudit, our Halloween experience with actors, is open from age 12.

Birthdays, classes and youth groups

For a birthday, several teams can play at the same time in different rooms, then share a snack in the Tavern. For a class or a youth group, see our large group page: up to 48 players at once, with one adult per team.

Frequently asked questions

From what age can you play?

From age 12. Under 12, we advise against all our rooms, as the puzzles are not designed for younger children. If you insist, only The Last Templars is possible, with two accompanying adults.

Does the accompanying adult pay?

No, the place of the accompanying adult is free, but they count towards the maximum of 6 players. The team pays the rate for its number of paying players: for example, 4 teenagers and 1 adult in a 60-minute room pay 4 × €39.

Can one adult accompany two teams?

Yes, on consecutive time slots, but never at the same time: if two teams play simultaneously, each needs its own adult.

Which rooms do teenagers prefer?

The 75-minute adventures Witches! and The New World, both ranked “Incontournable” by Polygamer, are very popular with teenagers. The Last Templars and The Alchemist are good choices for a first escape room.

Can we celebrate a birthday?

Yes, from age 12. On request, the game master adds a nod to the birthday person. A snack (cake and soft drink) can be served in the Tavern, priced on the quote.

And for a school or youth group?

Groups from schools, holiday centres or youth organisations always have one adult per team, whatever the age of the young players. Payment by purchase order or administrative mandate is possible.
