Our History
Each adventure can be experienced independently and in any order. But together, they reveal a much greater story.
Beneath the Donjon, the Count discovers ancient underground passages leading to the last stronghold of the Templars. In « The Last Templars », he tasks you with finding their lost treasure...
These underground passages also reveal the Count’s past. In « The Cursed Lovers », you discover Léa, his forbidden love, accused of witchcraft and sentenced to burn at the stake. Her death drives the Count to do everything in his power to bring her back to life.
He first turns to alchemy. In « The Alchemist », you become his apprentices and help him create the Philosopher’s Stone, said to bring the dead back to life.
After alchemy fails, the Count turns to spiritualism. In « The Crypt », he attempts to speak with the dead and summon spirits… at the risk of calling forth something else.
His experiments then lead him to study the human mind. In « The Asylum », you discover his research into psychology and electrotherapy inside an institution with unsettling methods.
Léa also hid many secrets. In « Witches! », you discover the Belladonna Coven and the Black Stone, the source of a powerful magic threatened by the Inquisition.
Still determined to resurrect Léa, the Count turns to the legend of the Fountain of Youth. In « The New World », he sends you to retrieve this miraculous water while braving pirates and privateers.
A new acquisition is said to have revealed a vast underground archaeological complex of extremely ancient origin…
