Celebrate a birthday in an escape room in Paris
Le Donjon de Paris offers 8 immersive adventures to play in teams of 2 to 6 players, accessible from age 12, just steps from Place de la République. An original way to celebrate a birthday, teen or adult, between exploration, puzzles and chills as the group prefers.
An adventure to mark the birthday
Rather than a classic dinner, an escape room brings the group together around a shared goal for 60 to 75 minutes. Each room at Le Donjon tells a different story, from the mysterious manor of The Immortal to the pirate expedition of The New World, letting you pick the mood that suits the birthday person.
Our adventures are accessible from age 12, making it possible to organise both a teenage birthday and an adult one.

How many people
Each room hosts 2 to 6 players. If your birthday group is larger than 6, we split guests across several rooms available at the same time slot, so everyone experiences the adventure at once.
A birthday at Le Donjon
The group is welcomed outside, near Place de la République, by a game master who guides it to the booked room. After the adventure, a debrief lets you look back on the puzzles and highlights of the session. To extend the evening, Le Donjon's medieval Tavern is a great place to gather over a drink.
With or without chills
Our 8 rooms fall into three worlds. Adventure rooms (The Last Templars, The Alchemist, Witches!, The New World) focus on exploration and puzzles, without aiming to scare. Thrill rooms (The Immortal, The Cursed Lovers) add more noticeable tension. Horror rooms (The Crypt, The Asylum) are the most intense, with a fear level rated 4.5/5.
As for age, access is possible from age 12 with an accompanying adult for 12-15 year-olds. 16-17 year-olds play unaccompanied, except for The Crypt and The Asylum, where an accompanying adult remains mandatory regardless of the minor’s age.
