Large group escape room in Paris: up to 48 players at once
Le Donjon brings together 8 independent escape rooms around Place de la République. Your whole group plays at the same time, in teams of 2 to 6 spread across our different adventures, then meets up in our medieval Tavern.
How it works
Each of our 8 rooms hosts one team of 2 to 6 players, with its own game master. Your group is split into several teams that play at the same time, each in a different adventure: up to 48 players at once. Beyond that, two waves take turns, one in the rooms and one in the Tavern.

Three venues, five minutes apart
Our rooms are spread across three venues around Place de la République, less than five minutes’ walk from each other. To keep your group together, the medieval Donjon on Rue de Malte houses The Immortal, The Last Templars, The Cursed Lovers, The Alchemist and the Tavern: up to 24 players under the same roof. The Crypt and The Asylum are on Rue Albert Thomas, Witches! and The New World on Boulevard Voltaire.
Prices for groups
Each team pays the public rate, which decreases with its size. In a team of 6, the price is €32 per person in a 60-minute room, €34 in a horror room and €39 in a 75-minute room (incl. VAT). For several sessions booked together, a volume discount can be included in your quote.
The medieval Tavern can be hired for up to 50 standing guests, from €100 per hour (Sunday to Thursday, up to 29 guests) to €200 per hour (Friday and Saturday, 30 to 50 guests), drinks and food extra. Prepaid drink tickets cost €6 each, and buffets from our partner caterers start at €17.60 per person. Frequently asked questions
Can the whole group play in the same room?
No: each room hosts one team of 2 to 6 players at a time. Larger groups either play at the same time in different adventures, or follow one another in the same room on consecutive time slots.
Do the teams compete against each other?
Not directly: every room is a different adventure, so results cannot be compared. Several teams simply live different stories at the same time, then share them over a drink in the Tavern.
Can everyone start at the same time?
Our rooms do not all start at the same times. Staggered starts on existing slots are the simplest option. Witches! and The New World can also be shortened to 60 minutes so that everyone finishes together.
Is there a group rate?
Prices decrease with team size: from €32 per person in a team of 6. For several sessions booked together, a volume discount can be included in your quote. There is no specific rate for works councils, schools or associations.
Can we eat on site?
There are no seated meals, but the private Tavern can host a buffet, sharing boards or a cocktail reception, from our partner caterers or your own (corkage fee). For a full dinner, we recommend a restaurant nearby after the games.
How do I get a quote?
For standard sessions, add them to your basket and click “Send me a quote”: you receive it immediately and can pay online. For a volume discount, the Tavern or private hire, email us your number of guests, date and constraints. A quote is valid for 8 days.
How can we pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers online. Companies and public bodies can also pay by bank transfer, purchase order or administrative mandate.
