How a works council partnership works with Le Donjon
There is no automated ticketing or self-service promo codes for works councils. Each partnership is built case by case, based on the number of employees and the council’s expectations: the goal is to give access to Le Donjon’s 8 adventures under conditions tailored to your company.
The possible formulas
Several types of partnerships can be set up depending on the works council’s needs:
Permanent benefit
A discount code reserved for employees, valid continuously on our escape rooms.
Grouped tickets or codes
A purchase of tickets or codes that the works council adds to its own ticketing catalogue, sometimes with an extra discount covered by the works council.
One-off offer
A time-limited promotion, highlighting a specific experience at Le Donjon.
Before building the partnership, we also offer to invite 2 to 3 works council members to come and discover an adventure at Le Donjon, so they can directly assess the experience offered to employees.
Team building and private hire for employees
In addition to a works council partnership, Le Donjon can also organise events dedicated to employees: a team building with several teams spread across our 8 rooms, or a full private hire for a corporate event, possibly extended at the medieval Tavern.
