On 30 March 2026, The New World welcomes its first players. It is Le Donjon’s eighth adventure, and probably our most spectacular expedition yet.
The next chapter of the Count’s quest
Since Le Donjon opened, our adventures have told a single story: that of a mysterious Count, ready to do anything to bring Léa, his lost love, back to life. He has tried alchemy, spiritualism, then the study of the human mind. None of these paths has succeeded.
This time, the Count has a new hope: the legendary Fountain of Youth. He asks you to slip aboard the next ship bound for the New World. You will have to brave the dangers of the ocean, sirens, the kraken and pirates, then cross a hostile jungle and outwit the traps guarding the fountain.
Every Le Donjon room can be played on its own and in any order. But those who already know the Count will find many echoes of his earlier adventures in The New World.

What we set out to build
After Witches!, our first 75-minute adventure, we wanted to push the variety of places even further. The New World moves through a series of sets: a captain’s office, the hold of a galleon in mid-crossing, then a jungle and its forgotten temples. Each space has its own atmosphere and its own mechanisms.
We also wanted an adventure that is brighter and more playful than our horror rooms. The fear level stays low, and the focus is on exploration, surprises and the fun of playing together. As always at Le Donjon, a game master guides you from the meeting point in the street all the way to the ending.
